 Roger Repohl

Roger Repohl began keeping honeybees in the South Bronx in 1999. He has given beekeeping and candle-making workshops and demonstrations at Wave Hill, the New York Botanical Garden, and other venues, and has lectured on the history and lore of bees and beekeeping at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and at the Cloisters. He holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MA from the Catholic University of America, and teaches ESL at LaGuardia Community College in Queens.
